Software Tester

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive product quality, user experience and client satisfaction through QA processes.
• Proactively partnering with local service and design team members – acting as a technical subject matter expert to help drive deal issues to resolution
• Execute manual and automated test scripts and own delivery of daily bug reporting
• Build and maintain all supported client test environments
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation for new emerging products
• Drive for continuous improvement with existing test processes and systems – through consistent review and refinement of test specifications, test cases, and automation tools
• Develop and maintain automation tools to drive quality and efficiency improvements as needed

Requirements

Technical /Functional Skills Required:
• Proven experience of software or web-related test experience
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Solid experience with building and maintaining Windows client test environments
• Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages:  C#, VB.NET, JavaScript
